Additions, Extensions and New Construction
Kitchens and bathrooms are our focus. We also build additions, extensions and new homes in Westchester, the Bronx, New York City and Fairfield County.
Bigger projects, same team
Most of our work is kitchens and bathrooms, and those rooms are where we put our best attention. Because we also build, you do not need to find a second contractor when the plan gets bigger. J&F Contracting Services builds additions, extensions and new homes in Westchester County, the Bronx, New York City and Fairfield County, Connecticut.
What we build
- Home additions and extensions: extra bedrooms, bigger kitchens, family rooms, second stories and rear extensions.
- New home construction: from foundation and framing to finish carpentry, kitchens and bathrooms.
- Whole-home and interior renovations: flooring, painting, trim, stairs and layout changes.
- Outdoor living: paver patios, walkways, driveways and built-in outdoor kitchens.
Why a remodeler who builds helps
A kitchen or bathroom is often the first room people want to change when they add space. When one crew handles the addition, the new kitchen and the bathrooms, the schedule, the trades and the finishes line up, and you have one team to call.
