How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost?

How long will my remodel take?
A bathroom is usually a matter of weeks and a kitchen takes longer, mainly because of cabinet and countertop lead times. We give you a schedule with the estimate and update you if anything changes.
Do I need to move out during the work?
Most homeowners stay. For a kitchen we help you plan a temporary setup, and for a bathroom we plan around access to a second bathroom when possible.
Do you handle permits?
Where the work requires a permit or approval, we help with the process. In New York City co-ops and condos, board approval is often needed first, so tell us early.
